Vedic birth chart FAQ

What is the difference between Vedic and Western astrology?

Vedic astrology uses the sidereal zodiac and Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac. They are about 24° apart, so placements often shift by one sign. Vedic astrology also gives more weight to the Moon sign (Rashi).

Why is my Sun sign different?

Because of precession, the sidereal Sun usually falls about one sign earlier than in Western astrology. That is expected, not an error.

Can I see my chart without logging in?

Yes. You can generate a chart preview with no login, and nothing is stored. The AI reading is created and saved only after you sign up.

What if my birth time is not exact?

Sun and most planet signs usually stay the same, but the Moon, ascendant and houses depend on the time. The more accurate your time, the more reliable the chart.
